All strategies, methodologies, and proprietary processes developed by Wassp Marketing remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their content, branding, and data.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without explicit consent.
Wassp Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
